Dungeon Depths #2: Forbidden Library of the Storm Elves is a stand-alone and generic fantasy RPG adventure complete with maps, room descriptions, NPCs, and general information for a GM to run it using any fantasy RPG game. The adventure is rules-agnostic, meaning it will require some customization by the GM with regards to NPC and creature stats.

Centuries ago, the people known as the Storm Elves lived in the city of Karathos at the base of a mountain. Deep inside that mountain, the elves carved up a private library devoted to the study of storm magic. And then, overnight and without warning, the city was destroyed.
